An unrefined, raw cane sugar, no chemicals used in the processing meaning more of its natural nutrients are retained along with a subtle honey flavour
Grown and processed in Mauritius, the sugar farmers and their small island communities benefit hugely from the Fairtrade premium they receive in exchange for their sugar
