The main supplier of the Thai printed cotton wallet in Kathmandu is a member of the Fair Trade Group Nepal and has a social program to train and rehabilitate ‘Kamlari’ girls who have escaped from a life of servitude. Their main premises were destroyed in April 2015 by an earthquake and since then they have been housed in a temporary pre-fab building nearby. Buying this product helps this proud and wonderful country to get back onto its feet.
