Cafedirect Ground Coffee: Organic Machu Picchu

Suitable for use in filter machines, percolators and cafetieres.

The beans in this rich, smooth roast and ground coffee from Cafédirect have been grown at extreme altitudes in the Inca heartland of the Andes, close to the sacred site of Machu Picchu.

The organic Arabica coffee beans are hand-picked when perfectly ripe, and are blended to create a dark and moody blend (strength 4) with overtones of fine, dark chocolate.

Preparation: For cafetieres try one heaped dessert spoon of coffee per cup, add hot water (just off the boil) and use a little water to evenly coat the grounds. Top up the water, leave for 4 minutes, then plunge and enjoy. If the heaped dessert spoon is too strong, just add more hot water and adjust the amount of coffee for next time.

Storage: Once opened store your coffee in an airtight container somewhere cool and dry. Use within 2 weeks of opening. Do not refrigerate.
